This Site is intended to inform the visitor about our new Services in the Construction Industry in Lebanon. That is Quality Control.

Quality Control is a vital vehicle that every Owner or Firm in the Construction Industry has to utilize to achieve the best of what can be done throughout the course of a project construction in order to come out with a better quality, lower cost and less time.

We can do all what is needed to help our Client achieve these three goals simply by controlling the quality of work in his project. We do not replace the work of Site Consultants , we are complementary to them.

Services that we offer include , but are not limited to:

– Operation and or Preparation of Quality Management Systems

– Preparation of Project Quality Plan and Quality Management Procedures (if Client requires).

– Inspection Services for Construction and Finishing works ( including Factory Inspection).

– Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans and Quality Control Procedures (if Client requires) .

– Visual Assurance for Product Conformity.

– Prevention of “Re-do” works in order to save the Owner & Contractor Money & Time.

– Pre-Auditing of Procedures-application by the Contractors.

– Production of Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-conformant work , and follow-up the rectification measures until closure of NCRs ASAP and to Client’s Satisfaction.

-Third Party Visual Inspection and Document-verification for conformity.

– Technical Advisory for Solution of problems in the safe-most and least-cost ways.

– Our presence on site is supplementary to the Site Consultant. It is not a Replacement.
